Refund Policy

You can request a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.

The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt.

The products can be returned by sending the package through the courier indicated by the Seller (DHL), or through another forwarder, only after contacting Customer Service by filling out the form below.
The return is charged to the customer .
