Lameid Studio sells online worldwide.

Orders placed online can be paid for by major credit or debit cards and with PayPal. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. The charge will be made in the same currency as the prices shown on the site.

Your credit card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

The card may have expired. Check if your credit card expiry date is valid

You may have reached the card's spending limit. Check with your bank that you have not exceeded the amount you are allowed to spend

You may have entered incorrect data. Please check that all the data entered in the necessary fields are correct

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. The average delivery time is 2-4 working days.


All orders are shipped via DHL Express and shipping may vary from country to country.


Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday and it is possible through the On demand delivery service to customise your shipment and plan delivery according to your needs.

For orders shipped in Italy and in the rest of the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes will be applied.


For countries outside the European Union customs duties will be applied when the package reaches the country of destionation.

Customs duties vary from country to country and you will be charged an additional fee related to any taxes and commissions. These taxes must be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately LAMEID STUDIO has no control over these amounts and we are not able to tell you how much they might amount to. We advise you to contact the customs office for your country to obtain more information before placing an order, so as to avoid unpleasant surprises.

By clicking on the individual order line you will find the details of the products purchased.

Yes, during check out, in the "Payment" section, you can tick the Invoice box and enter your billing information.

No, but you can return your purchase by activating a return procedure and thus obtaining a refund of the payment made for the purchase.

When a product is in pre-order it means that it is not currently available for immediate sale. Just buy it to get priority and receive it directly at home once it is available.

You can view information on each product by clicking on the image. A screen will open, the product sheet, where you will find all the information.

Missing products may be restocked during the season and may therefore be available again. If the product you are looking for is out of stock, there will be a space in the product page where you can enter your e-mail address. As soon as the products is back in stock, you will be receive an e-mail notification.
