3. WARRANTIES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES

3.1 Lameid Studio is the trade name of Lameid S.r.l., an Italian company with registered office in Rome (RM), Viale Trastevere, 246 - 00153, Italy - and/or of its authorized producers.

3.2 The Seller does not sell second-hand products, irregular products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.

3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.lameidstudio.com inside each product sheet. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale on www.lameidstudio.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.4 The prices of the products may be subject to updates . Check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

3.5 Purchase requests from countries other than the one selected for shipment or to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted by the Seller.

3.6 All products have an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We ask you not to remove the tag and its seal from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.

3.7 If you decide to exercise your right to return products, the Seller may refuse to accept products that are damaged, without tags or altered in their main characteristics or quality.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 For payment of the price of the products and the related shipping you may follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.

4.2 In the event of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or the date of its expiry) will be forwarded to an external payment service provider (PSP) which, by mean of an wncrypted protocol certified SSL 128 bit, guarantees the security of online transactions. Moreover, this information will never be used by the Seller except to completing the procedures relating to your purchase and for issuing the relative refunds in the event of any returns of product, following the exercise of your right to withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on www.lameidstudio.com. 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Being a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day you received the products purchased on www.lameidstudio.com. It is not possible to make changes.

7.2 To find out all the details regarding cancellation of the contract, please refer to the returns section. Please read all the information carefully, as it forms an integral and substantial part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and, therefore, shall be deemed to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.

The purpose of Lameid S.r.l. ("The Seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason your are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) working days from the day you received the products purchased on lameidstudio.com. The products to be returned must handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by sending the package through the courier indicated by the Seller (DHL), or through another courier only after contacting Customer Service by filling out the retun form. It is not possible to exchange the chosen item for another one.

Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal:

A. The request for authorisation to return goods must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery.

B. The products must not have been used, worn, washed of damaged;

C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;

D. The products must be returned in their original packaging;

E. Returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;

If you have complied with all the conditions required, the Seller will refund the price of the purchased products, and you will be responsible only for the return costs, i.e. the costs of returning the purchased products to the Seller. However, if you decide to use the DHL courier, you will not have to pay the return shipping costs yourself, as the Seller will pay the DHL courier on your behalf, deducting from the refund an amount equal to the cost previously incurred for the delivery of the purchased products to your home. If, on the other hand, you decide to use a different courier, you will have to pay the return costs yourself. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

1. TIMEFRAME AND METHOD OF REFUND

After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Regardless of the payment method you used, the refund will be activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once he has verified that the withdrawal has taken place in accordance with the above conditions. The actual time for the re-credit or refund of the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used. For purchases by credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card company, but normally takes place within two statements. Please note that the value date of the refund is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

All products offered for sale by the Seller have an identification tag attached with a disposable tag seal, which is an integral part of the product. We invite you to try on the product without removing the tag and its seal because returned products without them will not be accepted.
